I teach simple myofascial release self-treatment techniques that address the most common underlying causes of pain and stiffness in the body. Whether you've had problems for 30 days or 30 years. Whether its back pain or headaches. All areas of the body can receive MFR(Myofascial release). I add to that therapeutic strengthening/stabilizing exercises to help the area regain it's stamina, strength, and function.

In choosing subjects, I'm inclined to search for obscure but intriguing matters with a slant that might shed new light.
