Mick Weltman
Assistant Director of Curricular Innovation, WashU
I recently retired back to the St. Louis area; I’m originally from University City. Professionally, I bring a broad thirty-five year plus background leading, managing and consulting with nonprofits, associations, and business organizations locally, nationally and internationally. Most recently until retirement, I served as Executive Director for a statewide association of 28 colleges and universities. I also taught more than nine years as Associate and Adjunct Professor and trainer at various colleges, universities and organizations. I began facilitating the Great Books and Great Decisions classes at St. Louis Oasis in 2024 and participated in both programs for many years.
