Learn about Cahokia and the Mississippian mound builders who built earthworks shaped like everything from serpents to “underwater panthers” to loaves of bread. Learn who the Mississippians were, who their descendants are and their interesting beliefs.

God in Russian Art
Sherri Holzhausen, President of Comfort Foundation, a nonprofit organization that supports orphans and underprivileged children in northern Russia and Director of Stewardship for Laclede Groves Retirement Community.
Sherri will discuss the works of the Russian artists known as “The Wanderers” in the 19th century. She will discuss their impact on Russian society as well as the spiritual impact they had on her own life.
