We have wonderful news to share!

Oasis has recently upgraded our registration system, making life easier for YOU, our customers. Take a moment to explore the basics as we prepare to launch the new system on Tuesday, November 10th.

How is the new registration system better?
Your class registration receipts now have Zoom class links – one easy click to get you to class! Classes are organized alphabetically, and you have the ability to search by class type, price, and instructor. This new system enables us to provide all kinds of special offers, discount codes and coupons.

What’s the timeline?
We will go live on November 10, 2020. For a short time, we will shut down the old registration system in order to transition to the new one. No worries! If you need anything, email us at [email protected] or leave a message at (314) 862-4859 ext. 24.

The St. Louis Oasis website and old registration system will be “offline” for a few hours on November 10, 2020 only. During this time, you will not have access to your MyOasis account. Please note, all links for Zoom sessions scheduled to take place will be emailed to participants enrolled in online classes as usual. By the end of the day on November 10, we will be back to the new normal.

What else?
Many of us have experienced data migration and system conversion projects of various scales at various organizations. As a result, we have learned one thing. None of them are perfect – no matter how large or small they are or how well or poorly they are planned in advance. Thus, we ask you for kindness and patience in advance. This is a technology conversion project. We will do our very best to make this a smooth transition, and we will clean up any unexpected messes as fast as we can.

Once complete, a registration guide will be made available on our website. This easy to follow instructional tool will assist you on how to navigate the new system; locate your Zoom meeting information and access your Zoom online class.
